B3 Industries LLC Shipping Policy

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and foreign countries may require additional shipping charges which must be paid before an order will ship and may also require additional shipping time. Please call for a shipping quote (352) 732-5824.

We do our best to get orders shipped as soon as possible; however, there may be delays beyond our control. Please anticipate waiting up to two weeks for your order and you will be pleasantly surprised when it arrives, in most cases, much, much sooner. Please do not schedule installations until you have your order in hand. Typically, if some items in an order are delayed, we hold the entire order until all components are ready for shipment.

We ship using UPS Ground service for most orders.

B3 Industries LLC General Product Return Policy B3 Industries LLC accepts returns for a period of 30 days from the date of shipment.

Orders canceled or returned in new condition may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Defective parts may be returned for a replacement, but are subject to inspection. Parts that are deemed damaged due to improper installation, abuse, or mishandling are not eligible for exchange or replacement, but may be repaired for a minimal fee.

Products being returned MUST be accompanied by a B3 Industries LLC return form (link to return form here) or your refund/replacement part may not be processed.

Refunds will be returned to the credit card used for purchase.
